How do I place my order?
A: Just visit our website www.ventabreeze.com, click on your product.  Please contact us directly to order more than 5 items.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?
A: Although we're very proud of our protective packaging, sometimes accidents do happen. Please contact us for details about how to return your damaged product.

Product Information

How do I attach the clip-on attachment?
A:
Slide your clip-on attachment (wide ends first) onto the hat bill starting at the front and push onto the bill until properly fitted.

How do I replace the batteries in the battery case?
A:
Press down on the raised lines and push in direction of the on-off switch.


How do I attach the visor cover?
A:
Slide the middle of the visor cover onto the visor then place the cover ends over the visor ends one at a time.



Vent-a-BREEZE™ 30-Day Limited Warranty


WHAT THIS 30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS
Vent-a-BREEZE™ warrants to you that the Hardware will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. The 30-day Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or when the Hardware is opened or repaired by someone not authorized by Vent-a-BREEZE™. This limited warranty does not cover repair or replacement of any Hardware or part thereof damaged by: misuse, moisture, liquids, proximity or exposure to heat, accident, abuse, non-compliance with the instructions supplied with the Hardware, neglect or misapplication. The Limited Warranty does not cover physical damage to the surface of the Hardware. The Limited Warranty does not cover the installation, removal or maintenance of the Hardware or any costs related herewith.

HOW TO MAKE A LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIM
In order to make a claim of a Defect, you must contact Vent-a-BREEZE™ by email at support@ventabreeze.com during the Limited Warranty period to explain the defect. Once your claim has been received, you will be contacted by email within 3-5 business days. If your claim is accepted, you must return the Hardware to: CIC, Attn: Vent-a-BREEZE™ Claims, 677 Dougherty Terrace Drive, Ballwin, MO, 63021. The customer will be responsible for cost associated with returning the product for repair or replacement.

You must comply with any other return procedures stipulated by Vent-a-BREEZE™, if any.
