Shipping and Delivery

CIC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, CIC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to international locations.

GOVERNING LAW:  In the event of a dispute, both parties agree that the Laws of the State of Missouri shall apply. If any dispute cannot first be resolved by the parties, the parties hereto agree to submit such differences to arbitration.  Within twenty (20) business days after written notice of arbitration by either party, one (1) arbitrator will be appointed by you and (1) arbitrator will be appointed by us.  Such arbitrators so appointed shall select an umpire within ten (10) business days who is a disinterested party and who is experienced in those classes of insurance to which this agreement applies.  A decision rendered in writing, signed by any two (2) of the persons appointed and acting hereunder, shall be final and binding upon all parties signing this Agreement, and judgment may be entered thereon.  The costs of such arbitration shall be borne equally by you and us.  The arbitration proceedings shall take place in St. Louis, Missouri, unless another location is mutually agreed to in writing by the parties.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and CIC with respect to this website. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and CIC with respect to this Web site.
